Being a small company we know that customer service is of the utmost importance and we have staff specifically dedicated to speaking with all of our customers; from large national account holders to individual consumers.

ü  Mail Order and Internet orders – Our team regularly receives small orders from individual consumers and large national accounts, both wholesale and retail.

ü   Complaints and queries – We have efficient protocols for all complaints received and aim to deal with them as quickly and effectively as we can.

ü   Product consumer help line – Every member of our team has full knowledge of all of our products and is well situated to deal with consumer queries.

ü  Consumer sampling- We offer sampling services to both consumer and health professionals on a number of our products and our dedicated customer service team handles this on a regular basis.
